Recently came in after a tough day to get produce. An incredibly kind cashier named Darling had a very pleasant chat with me, normally I don't chat much when I'm out, but it made my day and I'm still thinking about it a week later. Incredibly nice woman!!

Flower Department Review - Great flowers at great prices. Shaw's is my typical grocery store in town & recently I've started to get flowers there. Today, I had the most incredible experience when picking out an arrangement for my wife. I had picked a few different flowers and asked the women in the florist department (I didn't get her name) to arrange them in a bouquet for me. They came out absolutely stunning & I paid less than half of what I would pay at a traditional florist. Also the women who helped me was so kind & made my experience that much better.

This store has grown over the years. Used to be nearly formidable to go in there but now it's genuinely beautiful. The appearance is easy on the eyes and inviting. There's even a Starbucks with a dining section to make your visit refreshing, if you please. Fresh, young and kind service as well. Very clean and efficient shopping experience!

What a wonderful supermarket experience while at the Shaws at Cobbs corner in Canton. I immediately noticed the cleanliness of this establishment and was blown away at it, clean and almost brand new looking carriages. I know I don’t have to worry about Covid going to this place.

I have recently switched to this store and drive two towns over to come here. This store is beautiful and very clean. The produce section is excellent. I also love the bakery where I buy my bread and bagels now. The bakery has a nice variety of items. I also buy items from the takeout section which are very good. The employees here are very nice and friendly. I have found that when I use the app and coupons that I save more money here than other stores I have shopped at. The sales here are excellent.

I love this Shaws because it is big and usually has what. I use the self checkout, and everyone has always been helpful. One woman in particular who works Friday evenings is the best. I don't recall her name as of now. The two complaints I have are when upper management tells the store to move things around. I don't buy anything new, I get annoyed I can't find what I'm looking for. The other is there will be excessive rows of one product where they could dedicate a row or two for other types of the same product. An example would be adding one row of hot salsa by Pace and having 5 rows instead of six rows of medium salsa by Pace. Have one row of 100% whole milk full moisture shredded mozzarella, and the rest of the mozzarella be the disgusting skim milk, low moisture type.

Love fresh pass! Every savings helps. I don't need to buy bulk items for everything. I can get regular sized items on sale. Produce is better at Shaw's. Pick up service is my favorite. Saving time and money is good business
